“The LORD God said, ‘It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him’” (Genesis 2:18). 

Adam had to wait until God formed Eve. We don’t know how much time it demanded. Perhaps it was one or two years, or even a couple of months. We simply don’t know. However, what we are definitely sure of is that God took some time to prepare Eve. We must all go through a time of waiting. This is when God works in the other person’s life to bring him or her to us. The stage of waiting is so precious because it’s a time where we meet many people, make new friends, and focus on other things. 

LABORING 

“The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it” (Genesis 2:15). 

God has given us a calling to fulfill while we wait on Him to form our soul mate. The Father places us in the garden of ministry, which is our job to work to see it multiply and prosper. Many youth get distracted with relationships that lead to nowhere. They waste away the precious time that God has given them instead of using it to grow in ministry. Make the decision that from today on you will invest your time to grow in the Vision and to get prepared, because it’s time to work on what God has entrusted you with.
